Firstly we need to see If we have a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs. After we assess that, we can provide you with all of the documentation that you might need. Once you have completed the simple rental agreement, we can issue you with your unique passcode you can move in at anytime.
All we require is a government-issued photo ID ( for example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
Just one month! We rent on a month-to-month basis so you won’t need to worry about a strict lease. Here at Burleigh Town Storage & Removal Center we strives to provide you with an honest storage experience with no hidden fees!
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment directly to our bank. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly. If you need help with this, please feel free to give us a call and we can assist further.
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day notice before you move out.
Access to your storage unit is at your convenience, and you can come and go as often as you choose. Just enter your unique code at the gate and drive in to access your unit.
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office. We are your one stop shop for moving and packaging supplies. We can even assist to move your boxes or furniture into your new home or to bring it to our storage facility for you.
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please do not store any food items (Human or pet). If storing a vehicle please ensure the fuel tank is empty. This list is not all inclusive, please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
You will have access to your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit 24/7.
Only customers with a PIN number can enter our facility.
When you have loaded and secured your unit, you will need a good quality padlock to secure the items within your self storage unit. These can be purchased from Stocklands shopping centre which is only 1km away from our storage facility.
After securing your unit with a padlock, you are then the only person who keeps the key (unless you have authorised us to hold a key on your behalf). Therefore, you are the only person with access to your storage space, which ensures that your possessions are kept safe. On top of that we have CCTV cameras covering our entire facility.

At least 10 days notice needs to be given if you planning on moving out. Let our staff know as easily as possible of when you are planning on moving out. Your rental charges will be prorated for the date of you move out and a refund will be available for any prepaid rent. If a discount plan has been applied to your rent, the amount returned may vary dependent on the discount.
